Jane's Walk - May 6-7, 2017
Walks are being created with a focus on some of the vast history of Barton along with an introduction to some of the great businesses along the street today.
100 In 1 Day - June 3, 2017
A global festival of civic engagement presented by Evergreen. This year we are excited to be able to unveil 3 new murals along the street.
Barton Village Festival - June 24, 2017 11am-6pm

2017 BIA Award of Excellence
The Award of Excellence Program was developed to honour individual BIA members for the vital contributions they make to our community. The contributions can be through the beautification and continual upkeep of their properties or through community partnerships. Congratulations to Master Paints and Edu Deo.
Special Holiday Edition - November 26, 2016
Focusing on Barton Street East between Victoria and Oak, there were craft vendors, music, kids crafts, and Santa.
Halloween Event - October 30, 2016
At Woodlands Park, this was a family-friendly event that included face painting, games, and, of course, treats. We had a great turn out and lots of giveaways from Steel City Deals, the Hamilton Library, and the BIA.
Barton Village Festival - June 25, 2016
The mission of this festival is to bring awareness to the assets on Barton Street. This was the second annual festival and was yet again a huge success. It was held at Woodlands Park and live entertainment was organized along with over 60 vendors and food trucks.

A global festival of civic engagement presented by Evergreen.
We would like to thank 541 Eatery & Exchange, Anytime Vapours, Brown's Village, Diamontino's Pizza, Delish, Duarte's, Greenfingers Flowers, Hasty Market, Helping Hands Street Mission, Master Paints, and The River Trading Company for each leading an initiative. They all had a Bristol board up and asked customers to post what they loved most about their business.

This walk focused on the vast history of Barton Street along with an introduction to some of the great businesses along the street today. We had over 20 participants come out and lots of interest.
